What are your shipping times?
I ship within 3-5 days of purchasing.
Is it possible to change my address?
Please double-check your address when checking out. If I haven’t shipped your item yet, contact me as soon as possible so that I can update your address and ship to the correct one. Unfortunately if I’ve already shipped your item, I won’t be able to retrieve your package and it will be shipped to the address listed when purchasing.
Lost, Stolen, Returned, or Missing Packages
I’m not responsible for any lost or stolen packages but efforts will be made to make right what has been lost. If a package is returned to me for whatever reason, I will contact you within 48 hours. If there is no reply after 90 days, the items will be forfeited.
Multiple Order Package Policy
If multiple orders are placed within the same shipping window (3-5 days), I will ship all orders together so that you receive them at the same time and I’ll provide one tracking number. If you prefer separate packages, please contact me or specify when checking out.
Domestic Orders
All domestic orders are currently shipped through USPS using Priority Mail which includes a tracking number. The cost of shipping is selected at purchase and determined by weight and size.
International Orders
Not currently offering international shipping. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Return Policy
Returns and refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. You will need to provide proof of purchase such as an order number. You can exchange a product for a similar one or return a product for a return on the original payment. Reach out and I’m happy to help.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Of course! I’d love to include a gift note with any order. Please include your message when checking out or email me after purchasing.
Do you do custom orders?
